New field !! New garden!! This is for my vegetables!!

This field is my new garden!! I can use this field from next months. No one cultivated this field for a few years.That is good for my plan too.

I couldn't rent the field where I told you before.It was bit expensive for us,so I refuse an offer.

Now We have signed for renting this field for 2 years and good price and much bigger than before.

At first I must cut these weeds.This area is over 30a.This is big enough for me.

This is very exciting! I can get little bit of an assistant
from goverment.I will tell you about an assistant for like these field soon.Not today!!

この写真の場所を耕すことになりました。この数年誰も耕していなかった土地。いわゆる耕作放棄地。素晴らしい。前にかりようと思った土地との契約はダメになり、新たな土地に出会いました。前回は金額面で折り合わずお断りをしました。今度は、値段も嬉しい、前より広いという好条件です。
３０a（アール）以上あります。１，０００坪をちょっと下回る程度の広さです。

まずは、この草君を刈り込む必要があります。友人が手伝ってくれるというので、仮払い機で２人でせっせと時期がきたらやろうと思います。しかも、うまくいけば助成金的なものが少しもらえるかもしれません。また、そのことについては、書き込みますね！

Saipan Trip

We Visited SAIPAN.  Where is the largest Island of the united states,belonging to the marianas archipelago.It is beatiful Island I think.
The Saipan is very common for Japanese people,but not for the others especially If you are western person.If you don't know check the wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saipan


This Island has very sad history,I can't belive it. why people did the war on such a beatiful beach.Anyway We have enjoyed in summer time.
I found the coconut. I can't find the coconut with bud in Japan.It was so cute so I took the photos. We can see coconut tree in Japan but there nearly die,It is too cold for them.Someone take their seedling to Japan.That is not happy for them I guess.

 1st photo is the bud of coconut, and 2nd one is the  baby , junior high school  and an adult. It was interseting for me.　The 3rd one is me.  I was so relaxed.Acctually I am relaxing anytime!!

ココナッツの芽が道の端っこに出ていたので、
可愛くて写真をとりました。

日本では、寒くて自生できないようですが、ここは南国、さすがです。（沖縄以外。。。）

左の写真は、ココナッツの兄弟というか親子のようなものがあったので、取りました。

赤ちゃん、中学生、成人といった具合でしょうか。

Finally you can eat NISHIKI-TAMAGO.We eat Osechi for New year.This is our culture but I don't like osechi taste......But look very Japanese this is very intereseting.

A Happy new year everybody for all over the world!!
We call this year for rabbit year in Japan.I was born in Rabbit year 36 years ago.
So,This year is very special for me.

I haven't write this blog for a months.Sorry for that.I had a motorbike accident   in the end of November 2010.

So I didn't feel like doing my blog.Now I am fine,but my bike still in Hospital......... I hope He will back soon.

Anyway this is one of OSECHI cooking.It called NISHIKITAMAGO.It means two color of egg.I can't write KANJI in this blog,so this is hard to explain.If you write NISHIKITAMAGO in Kanji it means very beautiful. This is very traditional food in New year.I will put a few photos how to make Nishiki-TAMAGO.Please look at it.
Make boiled egg and separate the yolk and the white,then strain both of them.
